Loft Conversion New Floor Structure

This property is a bungalow with a large loft area to be converted into an extra bedroom and shower room. We designed steel beams to rest over the ground floor walls that inturn support new perpendiclar floor joists. We also designed the timber timmers to form the staircase opening.
